Service Overview

Xiren Sites provides custom website design, development, and hosting services on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. Our service includes the design, coding, deployment, and hosting of your website for the duration of your active subscription.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your first charge occurs at checkout. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website remains live until the end of your current billing period. After that, your site goes offline. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you resubscribe within 30 days, we can restore your previous website.

Deliverables

Starter Plan: A custom 3–5 page website designed and coded from scratch, including hosting, SSL, and domain configuration. Your first mockup is delivered within 24 hours of completing onboarding. Revisions are included until you approve the design at launch.

Growth Plan: Everything in Starter, plus 2 design or content revisions per month, copy and image updates on request, SEO fundamentals, analytics monitoring, and priority response time.

Intellectual Property

You own all content you provide (text, images, logos). The website design and code are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. The underlying codebase, frameworks, and tools used to build your site remain the property of Xiren. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the website code.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to host malicious content, or to infringe on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate subscriptions that violate this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Xiren Sites is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Showcase Rights

We may feature your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out by notifying us in writing. We will always credit your business appropriately.
